ShowcaseNow!
66,000 Readers and Growing!
The mission of ShowcaseNow! says it all:
“We build bridges among the arts, the nonprofits and the business communities across eight counties in southcentral Pennsylvania.” In accomplishing our mission, we promote healthy communities and encourage people to participate, to learn, to see, to hear, to feel, to act and to travel. We show diversity, variety and cultural wonders. Our readers are active people. They go to theaters, libraries, restaurants, festivals, clinics, seminars, movies, gardens, art exhibitions -- and anywhere they can find vitality, entertainment, conviviality, a different point of view and sometimes a little education!
• Copies of ShowcaseNow! are available in every public library in Lancaster, Adams, York, Franklin, Dauphin, Lebanon, Cumberland and Perry counties and also at more than 250 locations, from coffee shops to m useums and visitors’ centers to city halls, both rural and urban. • We are a full color publication with a two page Datebook in the centerspread showing dozens of things to do and see, many of them free for families and groups. • The combined population of 2 million people in the eight counties we serve, add up to great opportunities for anyone seeking new, fresh, enthusiastic customers for services, products and programs of all kinds. • ShowcaseNow! is published every six weeks with an emphasis on opportunities coming up in the next couple months.
We help groups build audiences, find new customers sell tickets, raise money raise awareness, promote diversity
Our web site attracts thousands of visitors each month and the issues we publish with your advertisement stay on our site for many months… a special page shows each advertisement separately with animation features to attract attention and draw repeat viewers from issue to issue. In some cases philanthropists pay for the ads of their favorite group, preferring to give money to ensure recognition and marketing that the group could not afford on its own. Some donors take this approach rather than donate money to operating funds, capital campaigns and other places that sometimes take preference over critical areas like marketing and public awareness. Healthy organizations, we know, need both operating funds and marketing to succeed.
